Shipping & Delivery Policy
• Estimated Dispatch & Delivery: Our standard shipping timeline is 10 working days, depending on your location.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If our shipping partner is unable to deliver your package after 3 attempts due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, returns and refunds will not be applicable.
• Customs & Duties: For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon arrival. The Wooden Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

2. Complaints received after this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
